Browsing and local practice

You can browse and use the practice visit without an aysa account. Websites receive normal web requests, including your network address, and have their own privacy practices. Their cookies and cache can remain in the app’s browser storage. aysa does not automatically send website addresses, page contents, passwords, cookies or form entries to its conversational answer service.

Online questions are your choice

After you allow online questions, pressing Send transmits your message and recent conversation over HTTPS to aysa’s service hosted by Cloudflare. Our private answer service answers it. Recent conversation stays in the running app for follow-up questions. Turning online permission off stops new questions and clears that conversation from the app. Requests already sent cannot be recalled.

The private answer route temporarily holds encrypted request and answer contents in a relay. Normal completion or fallback clears those contents. Expired-job cleanup runs during service activity; failures or inactivity can delay physical removal. We do not maintain a searchable personal chat account.

Reporting an answer

Report answer lets you review and send the selected answer, a category and your optional comment. We use reports to investigate safety and service problems. Reports are encrypted in storage, are not published, and are not sent to the answer model. No browsing context or earlier questions are added automatically.

Reports expire after 30 days and are removed during reporting or review activity. Expired reports are excluded from review even if physical removal is delayed. Keep the receipt provided after sending: its deletion code lets you delete the report. You can also contact us with the reference. Do not include sensitive details in a report.

Security and service records

The app keeps up to 128 recent local action names, times and outcomes. This record contains no question text, website addresses or form values and is not uploaded by the app. Our service uses IP-derived identifiers for rate limiting, aggregate usage counts and error/status identifiers for reliability and abuse prevention. We do not add an advertising or analytics SDK to this Android app.

Cloudflare processes service and security information under its own controls. Processing may occur outside Australia. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their retention and processing information. An encrypted connection does not mean that a provider retains no data.

Your choices

Use Clear local data in the app, or Android Settings → Apps → aysa → Storage → Clear storage, to remove app-local data. Turning online permission off does not itself clear website cookies. Uninstalling removes the app’s local data but cannot retract requests already processed online.

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email hello@aysa.online. Include a report reference if relevant, but never send a password or recovery code. We may need enough information to locate your request and verify authority to act on it. No aysa account is created by this release. Get help or delete a report.
